Tetanus Diphtheria Polio Combined Injection

If you require a tetanus vaccine or are travelling to a risk area for diphtheria or polio, or an area with limited access to medical facilities, and you received your last tetanus diphtheria polio vaccination more than 10 years ago or you didn’t finish your last vaccination course, you should have a vaccine booster 2 weeks before travelling. The vaccine contains active ingredients to help your body develop an immunity to all 3 diseases and will be given as an injection in the upper arm. The vaccine protects you for 10 years. Not recommended for children under the age of 6.
